Your Role
Now we’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Specialist to help make Brillian’s AI expertise clearer, more visible and more useful for the companies we want to work with.
This is a hands-on B2B marketing role where brand building meets practical growth tactics. You’ll work on content, social, webinars, events, campaigns and sales-supporting materials that create visibility, trust and better customer conversations.
Because we are an AI native company, AI should also be part of how marketing gets done. Not as a shortcut for churning out volumes of generic content, but as a way to work smarter, improve quality and move faster where it makes sense.
You’ll work closely with the person owning our marketing direction, as well as our leadership, sales and expert teams. You don’t need to define the whole marketing strategy alone, but you will have an important role in making it happen.
In other words: not just “let’s post something on LinkedIn and hope for the best”. We’re looking for someone who can help turn marketing actions into momentum, conversations and new business, while using AI in a thoughtful and practical way.
What you’ll do
You might be:
Turning Brillian’s AI expertise into content, campaigns, LinkedIn posts, articles, cases and sales materials
Helping us explain our end-to-end AI offering in a clear and commercially relevant way
Building a stronger LinkedIn and social presence for Brillian and our experts
Finding content ideas, interviewing experts, writing, editing and repurposing
Supporting sales with messaging and content that opens better customer conversations
Planning and coordinating webinars, events and other activities that bring us closer to potential customers
Testing marketing tactics and learning what creates traction
Using HubSpot, data, marketing workflows and AI tools to improve what we do next
Building AI into your marketing workflows to raise quality and efficiency, not produce forgettable AI content
A good outcome is not “more marketing”. It’s clearer messaging, stronger trust and marketing that helps us win new business.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to tick every box. We’re more interested in how you think, how you write and how well you turn ideas into action.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience in B2B marketing
A business-driven and commercial mindset
Experience or interest in IT, tech, data, AI, SaaS or IT consulting
Strong writing and editing skills
Understanding of both brand building and tactical marketing
Experience in content, brand, communications, social media, webinars, events or growth marketing
Good understanding of LinkedIn and social media in a B2B context
Hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing work, for example in content creation, ideation, editing, repurposing, research or campaign planning
An AI-forward mindset. You think about how AI can improve marketing quality, efficiency and workflows, while keeping human judgment where it belongs
A hands-on way of working and the ability to get things done without everything being perfectly ready
Bonus points for HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation experience, PR or media relations experience, or a background in a startup, scaleup or expert-driven company.
Strong English skills are needed. Finnish is a plus, especially for local market and media work.
